Mr. Fazal-ur-Rahman, Executive Director, Pakistan Council on China, was a guest speaker at the Islamabad Policy Research Institute (IPRI). Mr. Rahman talked about “China’s Policy Towards India and Japan and Lessons for Pakistan”. The event was presided by Ambassador Sohail Amin, President IPRI and attended by all the senior and young researchers of IPRI.
